Cancellation policy(s); 24hrs or less cancellation will result in full payment fee. 48hrs will result in 25% payment fee. The owner agrees to provide keys/access to the pet for the agreed appointment, failure to do so will result in cancellation for that days service and will need to be paid in full by the owner.
